There is no getting around it……..if you are going to travel across Canada, there will be days when you cannot expect to be inundated with beautiful scenery as you drive along the Trans Canada Highway………this was going to be one of them. We were leaving Falcon Lake, Manitoba, with our target destination Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and as I write this, we are in fact on the outskirts of Moose Jaw, hopefully hitting the sack early for another big drive tomorrow that will see us in Canmore, Alberta, in time for dinner with Steph and Leslie Firstbrook.
Our day began with what has become the usual power outage……..electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, apparently all on the same circuit……..ZAP………I think I have it figured out……..will let you know tomorrow. We also noticed via the digital readout in Plan B, that our grey water tank was at 80% full, and black water around 60%………sounds like its time for our first attempt at a dump, and seeing as we grabbed a full service site at the deserted Falcon Lake Campground, we had a dump station only a few feet away. I’m not sure about the percentages though………more showers, less poop, lots of dishes?????

With our tanks emptied, flushed, and ready for action, we were on the road. OMG……what a boring drive……….

That’s pretty much what happened today………we crossed into Saskatchewan…….whoop de do

I had to get off the road for a leg stretch at one point and parked in a local park outside Regina. Thought the social distancing thing for baseball players was interesting

You must stand here…….you cannot move………when it is your turn we will let you know…….be ready!
Early rise tomorrow, and looking forward to SW Saskatchewan as it was very cool as I remember on the bike………can’t wait to get back to the mountains and see Steph. Thanks for chiming in everyone.
