Loving our days off, and I am up and at em for a big ride today……the goats are planning on a walk into town to resurvey the shops and make sure they haven’t missed anything……..don’t want to leave this town when there is a treasure somewhere on a shelf just waiting to be picked up. The plan is to meet somewhere for lunch, and based on previous recon, that would be Central Beach Chiringuito. Many of the chiringuito’s prepare fish on a stick cooked beside an open fire……..takes some skill for sure, and we assume the end result is pretty tasty. J&S show up at Central and I m looking for a place to lock up Wolffy, but watch as the goats decide on one table down at the beach, move to another, then another, then abandon the whole beach seating idea and come up to the inside seating across the boardwalk. Too windy, Too smokey, etc., but now nicely settled inside. Sibylle is all about the sardines…….a throwback to her younger traveling days when she couldn’t afford real fish!!!!, but apparently these are wonderful and as good as she remembers from the wonder years……..Jutta and I are into the sea bass which is totally delish, and washed down with a few San Miguel’s we couldn’t be happier.

The Cosgrove’s are arriving sometime this afternoon so we book it home to be there in time for their arrival……..they have booked a unit in the same building…….its upstairs……..its on the top……..ok, its the penthouse. We have only seen it in pictures, but it sure looked good.
I am home first of course, having turned Wolffy loose on the shore path. John and Monica have arrived and I can hear them on tour with the property manager…….yell down, and they will stop by following their orientation. They need to hit the supermarket before anything else, so I take them up to SuperCor, and they almost buy the place out. I swear like 8 bags full……..Monica always said she loves a good supermarket. Back at the condo, the goats have made it home and we have a good old welcome scene. Dinner tonight will be back at Eva/Ava which has obviously become a favourite. No Russian mafia in the house tonight, and the food is as good as ever.
